Bell BCI Company, LLC was the mechanical contractor for this new testing and development laboratory for Johnson Controls, Inc. The testing and development laboratory is a 286,000 SF facility that will be utilized to test large commercial air conditioning equipment manufactured by Johnson Controls; McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.

Bell’s scope included complete plumbing and HVAC systems for this new building as well as all of the process piping that will be required to support the testing operations. Mechanical features for the project include:
