Phoenix, AZ – April 12, 2021: Spectrum Mechanical and Service Contractors, a Division of HB Global, LLC, recently acquired Nash Mechanical, a reputable plumbing company based in Glendale. AZ. The new combined organizations will now operate as Spectrum Mechanical & Plumbing Contractors and move into a larger facility together later in the year. Jason Nash, the former owner of Nash Mechanical, will lead the new plumbing division, while Geoff Wheelock will continue as Division President of Spectrum.
This acquisition allows for a stronger organization that now offers full-service plumbing and mechanical. “Nash comes to us with a tremendous amount of industry expertise and fits our organization’s vision, mission, and core values. Recently they invested in people and equipment to begin a new business segment, core drilling and saw cutting, which I intend to support and grow at Spectrum,” said Wheelock. Additionally, Nash Mechanical employees will become employee owners with a vested interest in the success of the new Spectrum/Nash merger as well as other HB Global companies.
